Dr Ana Almeida Awarded Gerry Farrell Travelling Scholarship from SEMPRE
Dr Ana Almeida, a PhD graduate from the IMHSD, has been awarded a Gerry Farrell Travelling Scholarship from the Society for Education and Music Psychology Research (SEMPRE) towards travel and accommodation costs to complete Module III of the accredited Certification Programme in Laban/Bartenieff Movement Studies in Koolskamp, Belgium and to visit the Laboratory for Music and Communication in Infancy in Lisbon, Portugal to learn about their observation and movement analysis techniques in young children.
