Biography

I have a background in epidemiological and psychological research with a focus on healthy cognitive ageing. I’m currently working on a project, funded by the ESRC, exploring the connection between lifetime musical experience and outcomes in later life including cognitive ability, brain health and psychological well-being.

The University of Edinburgh is a charitable body, registered in Scotland, with registration number SC005336, VAT Registration Number GB 592 9507 00, and is acknowledged by the UK authorities as a “Recognised Body” which has been granted degree awarding powers.
